Within a short span of three months, I have witnessed remarkable changes in my life. I lost 22 Kgs of weight, something I never imagined would ever happen with me. From being a person who wouldn’t vacate a seat until and unless the other seat had been emptied to walking 1 km at a stretch; I have come a long way.
